With an extensive experience in rural banking, retail agri & SME lending, credit rating, audit, risk & policy making, Vijay provides vision and guidance to Finsigma.
He has worked for over 20 years in many reputed companies including Bank of Baroda, CRISIL, HDFC Bank and Yes Bank.
Vijay was part of CRISIL core team, heading microfinance rating and MSME grading for south. He was instrumental in developing grading products for microfinance, SME and NGO sectors. He set up a Risk monitoring team and develop risk policy framework for Yes Bank's BC microfinance lending.
Vijay enjoys farming, giving career guidance to young generation and offering community services at his native village.
Vijay has a degree in B.Sc agriculture from TNAU and M.Sc agriculture from CCSHAU- Hisar, Haryana

Anooj is a rural finance and development sector veteran with 20+ years of experience. His passion to work on financial inclusion was so high that he left his career as a veterinary surgeon to pursue PGDRM from IRMA, Anand.
He got hands on experience in Micro finance while working with "Kudumbashree" the acclaimed poverty eradication programme of Govt. of Kerala.
He joined Yes Bank where he helped build its microfinance BC portfolio of more than Rs.2000 crore.
Anooj's leisure interests include travel and reading.

Arun is guiding Finsimga on audit, compliance, finance and legal functions.
He is also a practising chartered accountant and partner at AAB Associates, a Chennai based audit firm. Arun has more than 17 years of experience. He started his career with Infosys, where he was part of its corporate finance team handling its subsidiary financial statements, board presentations, budgeting and operational performance review.
He last served as Associate Director at CRISIL and was part of its core team that launched bank loan ratings in 2008. He was also on CRISIL's rating committee.
Arun has completed his graduation from Loyola College, Chennai and completed his CA in 2006.
